From cold food to even colder customer service. from the minute I asked the staff for some menus, it was as if I had crossed her dog. the things have not improv... read more From cold food to even colder customer service. from the minute I asked the staff for some menus, it was as if I had crossed her dog. the things have not improved from there. the kilpatrick oysters came from stone cold, this was then followed by cold chicken parmi’s. schnitzels was obviously pre-cooked, could go cold and then simply placed under a grill with a funnel as soon as we ordered. as our group the cold oysters etc. on the personal mentioned, we were met again with the same answer they would give to someone who just shut down their grandmother with their car. large small town that is abandoned by a very poor pub experience. save her money and get her a BBQ hook.

We quickly signed... read more On a cold, windy day, with sand blowing in under the blind at the beachside cafe, we made the decision to go to the Anna Bay Tavern for lunch. We quickly signed in using the qr code and sat down inside. The room was warm,...a few people were outside in the undercover section. The renovations were obvious. The outside area was really sheltered, we could see no sand swirling under the tables and the other customers were animated and thoroughly enjoying their meals. We chose the fish and chips, served with salad. Waiting patiently we chatted, decided our drinks and then the buzzer activated. I brought our plates to the table realising we had made one mistake. We should have ordered onecpkate to share. The 2 pieces of beer battered barramundi were large, surrounded by a load of chips and ample salad. For us a pair of older patrons it was a substantial meal . Value for money and quite delicious. Enjoyed every mouthful and finished every bit. Thank you.

I prefer my meals without cigarette smoke. of course, no idea that it can travel. please do not visit again.

Our family of six came here for the pizza special, but always ended burger, as the $17 pizza ‘special’ is just the 4 cheapest pizzas on the menu (hawaiian, vege... read more Our family of six came here for the pizza special, but always ended burger, as the $17 pizza ‘special’ is just the 4 cheapest pizzas on the menu (hawaiian, vege, pfefferoni and margarita). the other pizzas were the full price quite disappointing to be best! we got a hawaiian for the children who were enjoyed. the Burger-Special was pleasant without writing anything at home. the chips were good! Overall, eating was good, but overpriced for quality. they had a good sitting area in free, very spacious and great for children to move a little space. the play area was closed as it was built, but looked very cool for the future a wood pirate ship. the indoor dining area looked at zigarettenrauch and was quite inconspicuous.
