Zingerman's Bakehouse - Ann Arbor

Thursday was my third year attending the Fancy Schmancy Holiday Cookie baking class at Zingermans. There were 12 of us who knew each other. Our instructor was Dan who explained everything from the type of brown sugar to the temperature and humidity in the room and how it can affect our cookies! As we are out cookies we were singing Christmas carols along with the music! I had such a great time learning different types of cookies since I love baking! Each cookie has its own distinct taste and texture!! I'm sure we will be taking this class for many years to come! Thanks Dan and Kathy for making our class fun and informative!

I'm from Delaware, and a friend brought me some treats from Zingerman's bakery as a gift. It was absolutely AMAZING! The breads, cheeses, dips, and those brownies—oh my goodness, they were to die for! Everything tasted so fresh and authentic, with none of that processed junk. Not only were they the best brownies and cheese I've ever had, but each package had its own adorable homemade touch. It was a fantastic experience! I highly recommend this place and would love to see something like it here in Delaware. I can't wait to try their soups!

Absolutely fantastic! The instructors were excellent—fun, enthusiastic, and highly organized. The food was amazing as well. I can't express enough how wonderful the class was. It was definitely worth the drive from Ohio, and I can't wait to experience it again!

Sara and Ariel are absolutely fantastic! They are incredibly knowledgeable and provide excellent service. It's definitely worth the money. I highly recommend this place to all my friends and family!

This place is heaven in baked consumable form. I love the selection, the atmosphere, and the people who work there. I must bring myself to shop here more often.
