Even after reading negative comments on Google, I decided to try Wing Stop on Washtenaw. The wings were great service as a walk in, Was fantastic. Employee's were happy, behind counter kitchen area seemed to be accommodating with this first time visitor. Especially with their fancy soda machine, a gentleman came out (presuming an off duty Employee) and assisted me. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Wingstop:
Shift members all running on different decibels here. Rather disjointed ordering process in person. Maybe online would have been a better experience. Food best be very tasty. Treated super rudely, worst driest wings I?ve ever had in my life. Barely any sauce at all on the wings. Tried to call to complain and let them know this was unacceptable and how bad of an experience it was but gave up after being left on hold for over 45 minutes. Ran by incompetent bafoons who don?t deserve your business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Great late night eats only restaurant open after 10 PM on Washtenaw. Restaurant was clean, staff was helpful enjoyed picking individualized soda on the fun Coca-Cola machine.
When I said I wanted fresh chicken , I didn?t mean this fresh. To add insult to injury, when I called wingstop the lady that answered the phone copped an attitude ,an apology would?ve been nice she told me to call Doordash and also told me to ?bring the food back tomorrow ? no thank you, this was out of line . -Starving Student
