Marco's Pizza - Ann Arbor

I cannot say enough good things about Marco's and this location in particular. I have never had better customer service experiences in any realm than those I've had at the Plymouth Rd. Marco's. The first time I went they gave me free dipping sauces to try since it was my first experience. More recently their online form accidentally let me place an order after they closed, I was called by a manager in the morning and given my order free for the trouble. Finally, I recently purchased a Groupon allowing me to order $40 for $25 of products. It was only supposed to be available Monday-Thursday, but they allowed me to redeem it on a Friday. Every time I go the employees double and triple check my order to make sure everything is in there and correct. I've never been treated with more courtesy and promptness at any other business. The pizza and cheesy bread are great too! I ventured off the beaten path to try a specialty pizza once; it was good but I find the tried and true standard to be the best. Ingredients seem to be high quality and there's never an issue with things being over or under cooked. Their jalapeno ranch is the best! I don't even like ranch, but I can't get enough of that stuff.

The pizza at this restaurant was fantastic and incredibly delicious. The friendly and helpful blonde lady named Anita at the counter provided great customer service. The adorable biracial child who made my pizza was sweet and made sure it was exactly how I wanted it before baking it. Their level of customer service was charming and not something you see often. If I could rate them higher, I would give them 10 stars.

I am updating my review. Anita provided excellent customer service and the pizzas were delicious! We are happy that our local Marco's is living up to its potential. Initially, we were hesitant to order pizza from here due to a negative experience with a rude employee on a previous visit. However, we are pleased and will definitely be returning to our favorite pizza spot.

The pizza at this restaurant is delicious. The crust is one of the best I've ever had. The small deluxe pizza was really tasty, with fresh ingredients and flavorful sauce. Ordering online for pick up was convenient and the food arrived in a timely manner.

The tall and cute biracial employee who made my pizza was also kind and ensured it was exactly to my liking before baking it. Their customer service was exceptional and not something commonly found nowadays. If possible, I would give them a 10-star rating without hesitation.
