I ordered pizza for delivery, but they forgot to include the ranch dressing. Since I was at work and couldn't pick it up myself, I called to have it sent to me. The manager, Ta'Tieanna B., was extremely rude and told me that unless I was willing to pay an additional delivery fee, she could not help me with my missing item.
