I ordered the sea bass for my main course, and it was by far the best fish I've ever had. It was cooked perfectly and incredibly tender. The first and third courses weregreat as well. My girlfriend also thought everything she ordered was perfectly cooked. I definitely have a new place torecommend downtown.

However, when I needed a special location to entertain 25 clients and have access to a projection screen for a presentation, Melange Bistro was the perfect choice. Located in the heart of downtown Ann Arbor, the restaurant's unassuming entrance opens up to a beautifully decorated space that perfectly complements the delicious and diverse menu. Chef Jarrod's menu was exceptional from start to finish, with each course expertly paired with a fine wine selection. The wait staff were attentive and knowledgeable, making the overall dining experience enjoyable for everyone. The private dining area provided the perfect mix of privacy and comfort for my guests. I can't help but rave about Melange Bistro and Chef Jarrod's talents, and I look forward to my next visit.
