Despite losing two workers on the day of my visit, the restaurant had everything I ordered available, and the staff maintained a positive attitude. The quality of the food was good as well. The restaurant is Chipotle, so it's not anything exceptional, but they offer two vegan choices: grilled vegetables and sofritas. They can prepare a satisfying and affordable meal in a laid-back atmosphere.
Solid chain Mexican American construction-your-own. beautiful to see exactly what is added and desire as much or as little as desired. children are generally happy, but the menu is necessarily limited to Mexican American foods.
Sofritas is a great vegan protein choice. I wish they offered vegan sour cream and cheese options. The grilled vegetables are tasty, and adding salsa on the side can enhance the flavor. Be mindful of the salt content and check the nutritional information on their website.

UPDATED FOR 2022: This location does not follow their posted hours. They are happy to just let a huge crowd of people stand outside waiting while not giving any kind of indication as to what is going on and they seem to all just be standing around inside trying to ignore all the people knocking on the door and windows. New Management is definitely required before this location is usable again. Such a shame.
