Buffalo Wild Wings Ann Arbor State Street

The service was extremely poor; we waited over two hours for our food, which never arrived. Eventually, we decided to leave because of the long wait, and the waitress showed no understanding of our frustration. This will be my first and last visit to this restaurant. They were clearly understaffed and couldn't accommodate our large party despite having a reservation, resulting in a long wait for what should have been simple meals.

They stated that they didn't accept reservations through OpenTable, insisted that we were not supposed to be seated, and informed us that the food would take at least an hour to arrive. Additionally, the waitress was extremely rude.

I made a reservation for 10 people a few days in advance through OpenTable and received a confirmation email. When we arrived, I mentioned the reservation, but instead of checking, the staff insisted that they don't accept reservations. I showed them my OpenTable confirmation, but they never apologized for the mistake. The food was decent, but the customer service was disappointing.

They refused to seat me and my party as they claim not to take reservations. Even after I showed them confirmation and spoke to the manager, she aggressively asked me to leave. Do not come here

The service was so terrible, eating never came after 2 hours. we decided to go early because eating hadn't come so long and the waitress didn't show any sympathy. the first and last time I will ever get into this restaurant. under personal and long wait for easy to make eat. could not offer a large party with service, although we had a reservation!
