Saw this place on Google reviews with a pretty high rating so we decided to give it a shot. I got a matcha milk tea and my friend got a taro milk tea. Both had the powder sitting at the bottom when we got our drinks. No matter how hard we stirred it, the powder was still chunky whenever we drank it.
