Starbucks - Ankeny

This has to be my favorite Starbucks in the city. They are very quick and super friendly. The drive through moves a lot faster than the other two in my personal opinion.

Super Sloppy and messy!! Drink cups were sticky, stained and had syrup and espresso running down the side. We ordered ahead so there was no need to rush. Only one other car in the drive thru.

I placed a mobile order and picked it up through the drive-thru. The service was fast, but I requested extra cinnamon in my drink and I'm not sure if it was added because it looked just as white as usual. It wasn't terrible, as I still enjoyed it in its regular form, but it was not exactly what I had ordered.

The staff at this restaurant is wonderful and extremely friendly! Kaitlyn took the time to ask me a few questions about my drink preferences and recommended a new drink that I absolutely loved. It has now become my new favorite. Thank you!

Starbucks is a well-known place that most people are familiar with. However, the downside is that sometimes the drinks are not made properly. Cream-based drinks can sometimes taste like coffee, and espresso drinks may be missing that extra kick. Nonetheless, be prepared to spend a fair amount of money since, as the name suggests, these drinks can cost quite a bit.
