Papa Murphy's Take N' Bake Pizza

This Papa Murphy's location is the worst we have ever ordered from. The employees are rude and unhelpful. We have ordered three times and each time our order was wrong, with the staff being unwilling to correct their mistakes. Do not order from this restaurant!

We have been purchasing pizzas from here for years and I was treated very rudely today. I ordered 4 pizzas online and when I came to pick them up the manager would not give me rewards credit for them. I asked her to return them and re-ring them so thatI would get credit and she refused and treated me very rudely. We typically buy 3-4 pizzas at every purchase and the points arevaluable to earn a free pizza. The point isn?t the rewards as much as how she responded to my questions and she treated me veryrudely. When I asked to speak to a manager, she said she was the manager. We likely will not be back.

The pizza at this restaurant is delicious and uses fresh ingredients. However, I have consistently found that their salads have old, wilted lettuce during my last three visits, which is a disappointment.

Nice pizza, although my kids doesn?t really like it probably because they?re used to Rosatis taste from Mt Prospect, IL. They haven?t really like any pizza since we moved to Iowa. They seems to prefer Little Ceazer?s for some reason as alternative toRosatis.

The restaurant is quick and friendly, with quick service and quality pizza. Thanks! I give it 4 stars because it's not the best pizza in town, but it's good for takeout or carryout.
