BEWARE Freshii 's NEW shrinkflation menu and pricing! All bowls now come with NO meat. That 's right they 're rice veg bowls only and you have to pay extra for meat. When you order something like a Teriyaki Twiist, it 's expected this is chicken or beef teriyaki. But when you get the bowl, it 's a sad rice/veg bowl soaked in teriyaki sauce. Lovely. Edit (20 Oct 2024): Owner replied trying to take the convo offline. Not going to happen and I 'll update developments here. Freshii, why don 't you value your customer and provide a proper experience instead of shrinkflating and trying to hide it as choice ?

I love Freshii, so the experience today was unexpectedly disappointing. The most egregious thing was not honoring the posted price for the Children's power bowl. When we pointed out the discrepancy, the staff member, the only one working there today, referred to her inexperience and could not make a correction. And when the bowl came, it was missing the main ingredients (chicken and the sauce). That was corrected when we pointed it out. In addition, the steak in another dish was very dry. This was again unexpected from this great chain. To add insult to injury, the tables were dirty, despite the fact that we were the only ones there and came before the lunch rush.
Really enjoyed being at freshii and it never disappoints. Amazing customer service and polite and friendly staff members and great food taste !! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Love Freshii in general, but the Angus location has turned into my favourite. The staff are all incredibly friendly, and the service is second to none. Thank you! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
