Always greeted with a warm welcome from Jordan, Chloe and Caitlyn! The staff work exceptionally hard to ensure your order is taken, prepared and ready promptly. Jordan is always cheerful and quick with his great sense of humour, leaving the customers feeling great! Food is excellent, always piping hot and fresh!
We placed our order promptly, but had to wait approximately 25 minutes for it to be prepared. The restaurant appeared to be overwhelmed with a high volume of customers, phone orders, and deliveries. However, once we received our food, we were pleased with the delicious fish and generous portions. We really enjoyed our meal.
We were staying at the caravan site so this was nice and handy for take away chip dinners a couple of times for us. The chips were good and so were the smoked sausage and balck puddings. My other had the fish and that was good too.
My husband went to pick up his online order at 5:45 (a little early) that I placed before 12 noon on the same day. I received a confirmation email for the 5:45 pick up time. When he arrived, they had to remind the kitchen staff to prepare his order (2 steak pies), which resulted in the order not being ready on time. Fifteen minutes later (6pm), he asked about the status of his order only to be told it was on its way. Finally, after another 10 minutes, the order arrived 25 minutes late. There was no apology given, except for a half-hearted sorry from the employee behind the counter. I believe better customer service should have been provided. Overall, very disappointed.
