I had a meal at her bistro restaurant and the staff were very friendly. The place was very clean and the food was fabulous. The portion sizes were very generous and there was a large selection. I had the Chapelbank Tower, which was a stack of steak, haggis, black pudding, onion rings and a mushroom, with a whisky jus, served with vegetables and a choice of chips or mash. It was all for a very reasonable price, just below £20. I highly recommend it. Their house red wine, a merlot, was also very tasty. I would definitely go back.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The space is limited, but it was perfect for our small wedding of 38 guests. We frequently visit for coffee, lunch, and dinner.
