As for the food, it was satisfactory, but it was the most expensive lunch we had at $250, and not my favorite. I had made reservations for later in the week at Celeste, but we decided to cancel after this experience. While they did serve some nice drinks, the service and food did not meet the standards one would expect from a five-star hotel.

The ambiance and drinks were lovely, but the service and food quality did not meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel.

After dining multiple times at Celeste, we decided to try the more casual bar restaurant in the hotel. The staff appeared quite busy, but we were kindly offered a seat on the outdoor terrace. While we tried to relax, the entire experience felt very disconnected. It took twenty minutes for our drinks to arrive, the waitress didn’t come back for thirty minutes to take our order, and our dessert arrived bizarrely before our main course. We love Malliouhana, but we will likely stick with Celeste in the future.
