Unprofessional experience. I genuinely feel for some of the staff, especially the younger ones, who seem to be teenagers. I've witnessed them struggle to seek help and receive no assistance at all. I try not to complain about the wait times, knowing they might be short-staffed, but their lack of coordination and teamwork is quite troubling. I've had to reassure some of these workers that the wait was fine after observing them become overly anxious and stressed about asking for help without getting any. I really hope they start treating their employees better or at least learn what true teamwork means.

I will never return to this restaurant. It's run by a group of teenagers who are quite immature, and the food was both unappetizing and overpriced.

It looks like I really need to give up on trying to eat here. Honestly, about 8 out of 10 times, they either don't have the food I want or it takes an hour to get it. Just the other day, I was at the drive-thru and was told they wouldn't be taking drive-thru orders because online orders were being prioritized.

We had a very large order and this place was packed like I have never seen before. Our order was handed to us in 3-4 minutes the entire staff was very polite and I can honestly say it was teamwork. Everyone was working together no loud conversation and atno point did I see anyone get irritated or upset. I tip my hat to the entire group that's the best teamwork I have seen in along time. Thank you

Quality has gone down significantly in the past few years. Chicken tends to be over cooked or sits too long under the heating lamps. Chicken strips are more breading than chicken. Frozen Biscuits are nowhere near as good as when they were mixed locally,and they got rid of their barbecue mustard sauce
