But according to my experience it is an excellent restrant, and the food is not so expensive, the natural juices are riquisimos, 9/10.

You can start with a mini-panes which are of the day and two salsas an emulsion of May with oregano and a de rocoto. We ordered a plate of sausageed carnages; all at your point. A classic leaped loin; rice at its point, saltless potatoes, vegetables at its point, irregular and almost dry meat cuts. Service was pissed on the beef, but it was almost dry. Waiter error, recommendation to remember points at service.
