HorribleTacos were slimy, didn't taste good, cold, and a man didn't get his order of 1 drink for 10 minutes and they got it wrong.
We drove through. As usual, food was good. Service was good. But WOW, the prices have gone through the roof! Be ready to sell a kidney if your buying for a family of 5.
When I pointed out I was diabetic and being constantly out of diet sodas was starting to feel discriminatory, the MANAGER laughed in my face. I will not be taking my business here and local diabetics should consider other options. Terrible experience. If this had only happened once, I'd be ok. But this happens EVERY time we go here. They say they are out of diet drinks and offer me a water and a free taco coupon. As someone with 20 years in the food industry, the GM at this location is a total joke.Dietary restrictions: If you are a diabetic, DO NOT EXPECT TO BE ABLE TO DRINK A SODA HERE. THERE ARE NO DIET OPTIONS.
This is a Taco Bell. They have Taco Bell food, which is delicious. But this Taco Bell is particularly awesome because of the people. They keep the restaurant clean, stocked and efficient. The only problem is that they don't wear name tags, so here I go describing them. The shorter lady who wears her hair up in a big clip always remembers my name and that I want a Baja Blast Freeze. She jumps in to help at the register when it's busy, and really seems on top of things. The thin, gray headed gentleman is super attentive. He makes sure my order is right and asks if I need anything else. Today the young, tall Hispanic fellow handed everyone their order with a smile and made sure I had the condiments that I needed. Every time I come here, it makes my day a little better. Thanks.
