I lived in angers at the time and I am French, but I want to understand traveling and touristic reviews so that it is in English. the couple who owns the place (the chef, she is the waitress) are the kindest people we have met in angers. we talked a lot to them about eating, veganism, their kitchen, they are enchanting and so interesting. they will explain every dish during the 9-course meal. they can see him cook and make sure every dish is perfect. they work for weeks and weeks at their eating before they put it in their menu, it is always fresh and local as much as possible, they respect the seasons and they just get everything right. the aromas are unexpected and they will rediscover food on a unique way. even the simplest dish they will turn it on the most delicious wise to turn the small simple things to take it on a completely new level of cooking. 60€ for a 9-course menu, it is gastronomic eating and the most delicious they get. I am a great food lover and ōnin disappointed not. it is the best vegan experience they will ever have. trust me, you don't want to miss this. I even offered dinner to my elders for christmas (which are not vegan at all, my father is a jäger) because I want them to try the best vegan food they will ever have. cheers to rōnin, thank you for loving me more
