The food was excellent, not only in terms of quality but also well cooked and beautifully presented. It also has an interesting wine list with local and other wines from a reasonable price to (the usual! silly and eye-watering prices. Great location on the square in front of the theatre, meaning there is lots to look at while you are eating. In fact, there was a demo going on as we sat down! Two three-course meals, a bottle of wine: well served, at a good pace. €119 all in. I call that value for money.

The menu du jour isn’t displayed outside so we took a chance and we were so glad we did. The two courses we had were excellent. Simple choices, beautifully presented with wonderful service.
