Was Enso Glt at Fusion a mag?
Great place with a top kitchen. One of Angers' best spots. The kitchen is fusion is top, very tasty and declined for all pleasure: vegetarian, spicy, normal. The coach is young and dynamic, it's pleasant. View all feedback.

What Thierry Verdier dislikes about Fusion:
dishes rich enough but the perfumes are just present, perhaps too adapted to the French palace. price a high aunt vs quality and service. deserves only 4 stars (but certainly not 5, you must not exaggerate). However, the service done by the two young people who present the 11/11 is simply terrible. they deserve to be trained (and if they have already followed it, it would be desirable for them to change their profess... We were all delighted with our visit to Thai India. Great food, beautiful decor, warm welcome, and excellent service. Keep up the good work! We'll definitely be back.

The welcome is always impeccable… but this time a very cold woman came without a smile. She was there to take our order, but without smiling. The atmosphere was strange. The food is always very, very good, however, I think this young woman had to be there and do her job as best she could. This won't stop me from coming back, but it's a real shame to have someone serving without any enthusiasm or passion for their work… I'm still giving it an 8/10 because your cuisine is extraordinary…
