Great food!! Salsa is roasted and chips are freshly made. Chile Verde was nicely seasoned and not fatty at all. Loved the Quesabirria, tender meat and sauce for dipping was flavorful (no cinnamon which I appreciate). Server was hustling!! Full houseon Thursday night. Really reasonable prices for this economy. 2 dinners, 4 drinks, chips salsa, $54
Very personable and efficient service the kind that makes me tip extra. The jalapeno burger was the most interesting and remarkable burger I've enjoyed in the last five or more years. The whole table enjoyed their food and drinks.
Enchiladas were good but would have Iiked to see more chicken in them. Tacos were small and ok. Rice and beans were good. Chips and salsa were great but one per table of four so we had to ask for several refills. Overall this was a nice place to eat, service was slow due to only 1 server working but worth a try.
I was pleasantly surprised by this place. Angels Camp RV Resort plugs this place in their welcome email and recommends the tacos al pastor. They weren’t wrong, the tortillas are handmade and the al pastor comes in a good portion and is flavorful. Definitely say yes to the salsa because it’s on point. Beans and rice were lacking in flavor but the tacos are definitely the star. If you’re ever in this neck of the woods, give this little place a try, you won’t be disappointed. The young staff was friendly and helpful too.
My husband, 2 year old son and I just left after being basically ignored for 30 minutes. We arrived at 6:05, 5 minutes before a family of 6, and were seated downstairs at 6:20. The server, who greeted us when we entered (and saw that we were there before the party of 6) took their drink order and returned their drinks at 6:30, and then took their food order. She didn't once ask us for drinks. While she did bring a basket of chips, she said there was no salsa and it was being made. We left at 6:35. So disappointed! I understand being short staffed and needing to wait for service, but the issue is that we arrived first, had a smaller party, and were ignored while the other party was being helped.
