L'Avant Seine - Feedback

What User doesn't like about L'Avant Seine:
As one of the very few places to eat outside in Andrésy in the evening, I really wanted to like this restaurant but the meal was disappointing and not cheap. The hamburger was nice enough but tiny (at almost 15€), the cod was chewy and bland and poorly presented; the accompanying tagliatelle were overcooked and cold. Service was slow as there was only one waiter who was completely run off his feet. View all feedback. What User likes about L'Avant Seine:
This very poorly maintained restaurant was taken over by a dynamic young crew app a year ago. They now offer daily prix fixe menus weekdays, standard bistrot fare, but always excellent. Today, Sunday, no formule, or set menu, available only at noon on weekdays, so two of us ordered and enjoyed scallops (coquille saint Jacques), two ordered steak...I'm very difficult with red meat, want it warm but almost raw...was pe...
