Restaurant with sea views centered on the peeero tourist with a kitchen with quality of product and careful and friendly attention (especially the young waiter.... read more Restaurant with sea views centered on the peeero tourist with a kitchen with quality of product and careful and friendly attention (especially the young waiter.) we had doubts about whether or not to sant elm because we thought it was going to be another city of tourists but to our surprise it was not (we loved to visit it.) our intention was to eat a sliced rice and we did it (the typical of the island it was great service. the restaurant is very clean, decorated with a lot of drip and with fast service, worth it but considering it is cheap.

Every time it came back ther... read more We were extremely disappointed with our recent visit. One dish had to be sent back several times as it was not cooked as per order. Every time it came back there was something missing including the sauce. Two of my lamb chops were completely raw in the middle. This review is not about the quality of the food, it’s the attitude of the manager. When we suggested that some kind of reduction be applied to our bill, we were met with hostility and threatened with the police. At that juncture we decided to pay. I decided to to speak with the manager several days later. She was totally adamant that due to the fact we had indeed consumed the majority of the food then it was tough luck. This level of customer service is abhorrent to me and I have worked in the industry extensively. The overall attitude seems to be that tourists don’t seem to get any respect. If you wander up the street from this restaurant there are some far better, restaurants with even more stunning views, food cooked perfectly and excellent customer service. The manager of this restaurant needs to retrain in how things should be done. Such a pity……..

We felt ignored, the waiter was curt and rushed through the order processing and would not take our wine order. When the person came to take our wine order, after taking the meal order, we had to stop the order taker from leaving the table to remind him he did not take all of our orders. All in all the food was fine the service was way under par given the overall ambiance of the restaurant.

Asked for some compensation but told I’f we didn’t pay they would call the police!! Attitude shocking! Worst meal in all the time we’ve been in Mallorca. X
