Subway - Andover

Horrible service and very limited topping options. Squished bread and associate Josh refused to switch bread. Along with poor service

It is a very good Subway. The owners are very nice and they hire a nice staff. The food is fresh and tasty. The location is convenient and there are plenty of convenient parking spaces available. I find this one of the nice Subways I have been to.

I hate to write bad reviews but I swear each time I go to this subway the service gets worse. This was the first time I got a squished sandwich... never have I ever seen squished bread served before. On top of it Carolyn did not have good customer service. I normally get my chips bagged in with my sandwich but that did not happen this time. All that was said in the end of the transaction is your all set and walked away while I bagged my chips. So here's a picture of my sandwich and then this is what I should have gotten.

First time going to this subway, employee was very rude and wouldn't listen to us when we were trying to explain our order (just kept asking what kind of bread when we kept telling him). seemed to be very mad that we were even ordering at this location or existing. contemplated just leaving and driving somewhere else for subway. honestly I don't leave reviews like this anywhere, but this was kinda messed up. I've literally never wanted to give my money to a location less. 0 stars if I could.

Staff are great, it's Subway so you know what to expect.
