The people who prepare your food are rude and dismissive, acting irritated that you?re trying to specify, as if they know what you?re going to ask for before youeven do (such as extra cheese, less egg)?and then they make it incorrectly! I have ordered from here probably 50 times (mostlyon DoorDash; a few times in person), and I kid you not: they have messed up my order over 35 times. You need to teach the mostcommon early-morning food prep person about politeness, and also how to read/listen to people?s orders considerately.

Again nothing but mistakes with office breakfast orders. Today another sandwich absurdlywrong. When I called to express my frustration about probably the 5th order that was wrong the owner sad sorry we made a mistakebut I have a line of people in front of me and hung up. Thanks Perfectos for making sure someone didn't get their Christmasbreakfast order, as usual.

A medium-sized parking lot and street parking are available. The Iced Tea was from a pre-made jug, but ittasted delicious, if a bit strong. The bagel was delicious with copious quantities of cream cheese. Excellent value, service,and WiFi connectivity, with an overall positive experience.

After receiving your order,... read more The restaurant doesn't seem like the Perfecto's I remember. It feels like you're inconveniencing the staff when placing your order. After receiving your order, you must wait until the five or more staff members finish their other tasks before you can pay. If you only order a half dozen bagels, they will pack them into a bag that is too small. The bagels are still delicious, but if you're not in a hurry, it's best to keep driving.

I originally went there because it was close to my job, but I am so glad I did because the food is incredible, especially the pastries! I now get lunch from them regularly. Highly recommend this place! ?
