This is an upscale ice cream shop that offers a variety of gluten-free and dairy-free options. The ice cream itself is absolutely delightful. There's paid parking available in front of the shop. The staff is friendly and quick to serve. They also provide a complimentary water dispenser, although it tends to be a bit messy with splashes. They were notified about it! View all feedback.
I absolutely adore this place! The person at the counter prepares the affogato with such care that my boyfriend and I always return here for our Sunday morning treats!
The JP Licks in Andover is fantastic! The staff, particularly Will and Mark, are friendly, helpful, and great at engaging in conversation. This is my favorite ice cream shop due to its incredible selection of flavors and toppings. Plus, its downtown location makes it perfect for a lovely evening outing!
I really love the ice cream and shakes here! All the staff are incredibly friendly and amusing. I wholeheartedly recommend this place! Will and Mark are especially great.
First time visit with my 10yo. The ice cream is DELICIOUS!. The place is really nice, clean. Friendly staff!.My 10yo says: 30 stars if i could 10 out of 10
Love the ice cream, so many flavors and cones to choose.Ice Latte is good too.Store is big to bring kids or hangout with friends.Restrooms r not always clean though.
