What Dallas Pyskaty doesn't like about Dunkin':
Each time I visit this restaurant and see more than two cars in front of me, it takes almost 10 minutes to get to the window. Additionally, when I finally reach the window, my order is often incorrect or they try to charge me for items I didn't order. Furthermore, the food is never ready when I arrive at the window. I work around the corner and come to this Dunkin Donuts every morning. Usually it's Cathy who is working. She makes my experience here amazing. She makes my coffee perfect and showed me how to use the Dunkin App. She's a pleasure and always has a smile on her face!
Before pulling up to window, the employees were cussing at each other and one quit. Ended up giving my order to someone else in front of me. I went up to the window and my order was completely wrong, stuff was put in the cream cheese that we didn?t ask for, my medium iced matcha latte was filled halfway, my sandwich was supposed to have bacon and not sausage and my bagel wasn?t toasted as i asked. Also forgot my hash brown?s and had to go to a different dunkin to get them. This is usually my go to Dunkin but this is definitely my last time. Called the Dunkin and lady picked up the phone yelling saying ?HELLO???!!!!?. Not very professional. She offered to call the store because apparently they don?t have a main line. Didn?t want to bother driving 20 minutes back after the horrible experience.
Staff was very rude. Dunkin by Chun bo is 10x better
New place, was a little out of order when we walked in but expected with new staff. Drinks tasted great, will return and recommend.
Sebastian was very polite, funny, and prompt in taking our order!
