What Alex doesn't like about Characters Grill:
I’ll save you the headache and recommend just getting Wendy’s or going to the chili’s up the street. Poor service, we had to leave because my 35 week pregnant fiancé wasn’t allowed to even have a water bottle in her possession. And Wouldn’t serve food because there was more than 5 customers. The hotel should just get rid of the place all together. View all feedback.

Great dining experience last night, it was busy with a hockey group but staff took care of us promptly and checked in on us several times. Food was very good, burger came out a perfect medium, onion rings fries were great.
We sat at our tanle for 20 minutes before anyone even realized we where there.The service was Terrible.The bartender told me they dont have any waitressed nor a bus boys. This is why the service was Terrible the manager really needs to hire some waiters and more staff
