The variety of coffee and drinks here is insanely awesome. Me and my boyfriend love coming here and trying out new drinks. One of these days we will have to come to the bistro part and try the food. I've heard it's just as good. Just a note--while they welcome laptops during the day, you cannot work here during the evening. We found this spot earlier this summer and have been here on average at least once a week sinc... View all feedback.
What Haylee S doesn't like about Brio:
Very cute place with lots of options but when we order 2 avocado toast we were told that our food would take 45 minutes at least. For toast. We ordered a muffin and some drinks instead. The latte was overall pretty mediocre and the green tea smoothie was nothing special. The muffin was pretty standard. There was a sign on the door that said they were hiring for a couple positions so this issue could have been due to... View all feedback.
Cute place but ridiculous rules such as No Screens after 4pm on Sunday. They literally would not let me use my laptop so I left and won 't ever go back
Disappointed. No screens after 4pm. Really shouldn 't be an issue on a Monday evening when there are two other tables at 6pm. If your place was busier, I 'd get it. I wanted to support local but looks like I 'm headed to Caribou to work on homework.
I've been here twice and the coffee is 5 stars fantastic but the the food leaves something to be desired. I got an expresso chip scone it was cold and hard, but the thing I find unforgivable is it was burnt. Black burnt. I've included a photo so you can see I'm not exaggerating. I had the hashbrown quiche the other time and it was tasty, but after I got 2/3 through it was cold. I know I could have them heat it up, but I hate having to, so I just stopped eating. 2 stars only because the coffee was great.
I stopped in last week and had a wonderful omelette with arugula, green onions, and fresh mushrooms that was accompanied by four pieces of whole-grain toast. I like the fact that my coffee was served in a nice mug and not out of a paper cup AND the coffee was delicious. It's a good place to check out because I appreciate a smaller family owned business that uses fresh ingredients and better coffee than a big chain that is only there to turn and burn
The food is so we'll crafted and never disappoints. I got the breakfast burrito and I love the creamy yet a little spice it has. Their lattes are unique which is what I originally would keep coming for.
