Broadway Bar & Pizza - Maple Grove

I ordered pizza for a late dinner at 20:30 a.m. and they told us it would be about an hour to wait. we had a family in the city that never had. we waited approx. 1.5 hours so we called to see how much longer it would be and they said there was 1 delivery before us and there should not be much longer. Two hours later they never got caught! my man spoke to a manager who said, "he would look in them" without apology or explanation. this is so unprofessional and definitiw the most f$ d up pizza delivery situation I have ever experienced. great pizza, but they are better off the order of dominos.

Food is great but the service is just awful. 1pm on a weekday and it took ten minutes to seat me. Another ten minutes wait at the booth and no one took a drink order let alone food order. Noticed that people seated closer to the front got service quickly while I just sat waiting. I think if I ever go back it will be take out only.

I usually stop by earlier for a happy hour drink and pizza. Barb is great and the pizza is awesome! Tonight, the majority of the staff weren’t wearing masks. I was seated at the bar and reasonably close to some of them. I decided to leave rather than order food. Normally I feel pretty safe when it’s slower and the majority of the staff is masked up. During this time, the staff all should be masked up IMO.

I order pepperoni packed deep dish before it was a great pizza place. It is getting down hill. I order today the deep dish pizza is terrible taste. I didn't like it at all. I have to throw out away $25.00. I was very disappointed. I order pepperoni packed NY style was very good taste. Before I am coming to eat all time for 19 years Costumer Broadway pizza Maple Grove MN location. I will never order and go to eat in restaurant . You lost a Costumer. I give 5 stars before. .Now I give one star. I don't recommend Broadway pizza at Maple Grove MN location.

Good was good. Pizza crust stuck to the box and had to be pried off and the paper removed. Not something I wanted to do when I got home with my to go pizza, but hey no parchment paper to keep it from sticking. The pizza was pretty good. I ordered two. Had to add extra veggies because for some reason most restaurants don't add a lot of them on their veggie pizza, but it was pretty good when a is said and done. My friend ate half her personal pizza before throwing in the towel but she ate til she couldn't take another bite. So it must of been really good to her. She had pepperoni and I veggies. The carmel brownie was amazing and I enjoyed ever bit of it. Large and delicious. Customer service was fabulous o complaints. Just good food.
