The inside was cozy with a... read more This place had such a cool exterior colorful tiles and a lively patio—that I was super excited to try it. But the meal was just okay. The inside was cozy with a Spanish tavern feel, but the service was a mess; our waiter was nice but kept forgetting stuff, like our bread. The menu looked tempting, but my fish was fresh but so bland it was like eating air. My friend’s tapas were hit-or-miss; the croquetas were decent, but the calamari was rubbery. The sangria was a highlight, and the churros were crispy and delicious. The bill wasn’t bad, but I expected more flavor for the cost. If you’re in the area, it’s a decent spot, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to return. Spain’s got better eats.
