Been there three times over the past few years. Vast selection, friendly atmosphere, excellent quality for a reasonable price and generous portions. Frequented by locals.. always a good sign.
If you are in the neighborhood it's worth a visit. Been here many times over the years. Piedmontese food, it's not a Michelin star and does not pretend to be. Try the mixed starters, so many that you will find a few you like. Snails, this is the Italian capital city of snails, September would be the month. Meat my choice even if trouts from the area are pretty good. Deserts like Piedmontese bunnet and peaches with amaretti are delicious or, perhaps chocolate sausage.. About 30€ per head including a bottle of Dolcetto. A few kilometers up the valley a sister restaurant Real Park with a similar menu but different ambiance with an amusement park.
Despite the environment is too '80/ '90s, the food is quite advanced and, in certain ways, modern. If you go over the classic offer you can expect in a place like la Ruota 2, and try shop me thing different you 'll be surprised in a very good way. We had a betterave risotto and a dish with a variety of cheese with marmelades and creams. Both very good. The staff is nice and professional. We 'll be back!!
Highly recommended. The staff were very friendly, everyone was very nice. We went in for a simple pizza after skiing, and found a place that completely exceeded our expectations. The food was excellent, with unique pizzas and truly delicious lactose-free options.
We went to this restaurant for a First Communion. Excellent food, generous portions, perfect plating,... The service was also very professional. They catered to allergies and intolerances. We ate well without feeling heavy. The price was reasonable for the amount we ate and the quality of the food. Compliments to all the staff. Highly recommended!
