Schlotzsky's - Feedback

What User likes about Schlotzsky's:
The guy with all these tattoos helped me help my mother in the store. He took our order and even brought our food to the table, and when we were done, he even helped me get her back to the car. He was so polite that he made it so food. I've never been to eat somewhere and they're going to help so much. He was so amazing and helpful. We're coming back! What can I say I love Schlotzsky's, but this wasn't our best experience. My wife started out the order by asking if they had the dark rye bread and after some confusion and clarification in ordering the pastrami reuben (not turkey or corned beef reuben), forgot to ask for dark rye bread. The picture on the menu showed sourdough bread, so we can't fault the counter attendant. But come on, who puts a reuben on anything... View all feedback.
