Decided to try the iced coffee shakes here instead of the usual Starbucks, this was my first time to try it and it absolutely blew me away. The taste was definitely much fuller than Starbucks, it's priced very reasonably (much better than Starbucks) and they have a good variety! It made me wonder why people still choose Starbucks.. Very blunt, unprofessional. They gave us the wrong order and were frustrated in the USA and not well communicated. The manager came into the window and asked very rudely what we waited, practically rolled his eyes. They went on the hill with professionalism and the service is not worth the moderate coffee.
