A local Bojangles’ delivers dependable drive-thru comfort food with generally fast, friendly service, but experiences vary. Many praise hot, fresh orders and attentive staff during busy periods; others note long waits, muffled drive-thru speakers, app payment glitches, locked dining-room doors despite signage, and inconsistent food quality—dry chicken, bland biscuits, and smaller portions—that make value for money uncertain.

Horrible service. Arrived at approximately 7:45 with only 2 cars ahead of me in the drive thru. Ordered a 3pc chicken finger combo, a large bo rounds, and a Cajun chicken biscuit. I was asked to pull up and someone would bring the food out. At 8:30 a man walked out and asked us what we had ordered? I told him exactly what it was. Got our food at 8:35. The chicken finger combo was ICE COLD and the chicken biscuit was a very old disgusting ham biscuit instead. I?m super disappointed that I waited almost an hour for food that we don?t even want to eat.

Says on the sign ?dining room open? but when we tried to go inside the doors were locked. And yes the facility was open because they were serving through the drive through!

I went inside And i immediately realized why all bojangles locations are the last to open inside dining. They had 5 employees working the lunch rush and were very understaffed. A man with a very dirty black rubber apron with raw chicken juice and flouron it with street clothes on was running the register and was not properly trained on how to use it. It took about 15 minutesfrom the time I ordered and received 7 room temperature supremes that had been sitting in the display window obviously wellbefore I arrived, some of which were inedible. I ordered a 5 piece and payed for a 4 piece. A lot more happened with othercustomers experiences while I was there I will not mention those because it?s very obvious that the staff was not given thetools to run the restaurant that day and I would implore bojangles to figure this out or remain drive through only and mark aline on the pavement that states if the line is this long just move on and save us both the misery of a bad experience

Food is not as tasteful as it used to beand the portion is definitely smaller. Wait time in drive thru was extremely long. Speaker is muffled so i could barely hear what the lady was saying back to me. Employees could have been polite.

My experience here was very delightful and will come back again very soon. I could tell that the staff was working they hardest.
