I understand there’s a labor shortage, but if a restaurant can’t provide good food and decent service, it shouldn’t be open. I stopped by this Bojangles at 7:30 one morning, and it was closed. A couple of weeks later, I went back for lunch—the fries were stale, and the biscuit was burnt. I don’t like wasting money on bad food. I won’t be returning to this Bojangles.
At Bojangles, the fries were cold and hard, and the bowl rounds arrived warm but greasy, though the biscuit was decent. I just wish the biscuit had been served a bit hotter, especially since it was 8:30 a.m. and I ordered the steak, egg, and cheese biscuit. The staff at the window were friendly, and the parking lot was clean. Overall, the menu has good options but some items could be improved.
I would give this a zero. We arrived at 8 a.m. and waited in line for 20 minutes, only to be told they had already run out of biscuits for breakfast sandwiches. I then tried to order chicken tenders, but the employee warned they would take a long time to cook and asked if I was sure. We declined and decided to leave. It was disappointing, so we went to Burger King next door instead.
This is the worst Bojangles I've ever visited. The service is extremely slow, often making you wait at least 30 minutes or more in the drive-thru. I definitely don’t recommend trying to get breakfast here because the experience is very inconsistent. Although they’re supposed to open at 5 a.m., they seem to start serving customers whenever it suits them. When I stopped by just after 5:30 this morning, I waited at the drive-thru without anyone taking my order. As I left, I noticed there was only one car there, so it seemed like either one person was working or no staff were around. Later, at 7:10 a.m., the parking lot had several cars, but only one employee was arriving while another was letting her in. I pulled up to the order box and waited for five minutes with no one coming to take my order, even though there was no one ahead of me.
I ordered biscuits and gravy at Bojangles, but what I received was a biscuit topped with something that tasted like warm milk and only a small amount of meat. The biscuit was extremely soggy and overly salty, making it nearly inedible. Additionally, they were out of coleslaw by 6 PM. Bojangles' menu has definitely declined over the past few years. I will not be dining there again, nor will I recommend it to others.
