I ordered through the app so I wouldn't have to wait in the line. App said order would be ready in 15 minutes. The dining room was closed, so it had to wait in the car thru. I didn't eat 45 minutes. Never again. I love eating, but waiting is always ridiculous! Update— I contacted Bojangles (it was very difficult to get in touch), but they have refunded my entire order. Cudes for the right thing.

I just wish the cookie was a bit hotter because it was 8:30 and it was a steak egg and cheese biscuit. The ladies at the window were beautiful and the parking lot was clean.

Extremely slow, regardless of whether the line around the building is or no one exists. Also gets several items wrong in your order quite regular as well.

I stopped by this Bojangles at 7:30 one morning, and it was closed. A couple of weeks later, I went back for lunch—the fries were stale, and the biscuit was burnt. I don’t like wasting money on bad food. I won’t be returning to this Bojangles.

I just wish the biscuit had been served a bit hotter, especially since it was 8:30 a.m. and I ordered the steak, egg, and cheese biscuit. The staff at the window were friendly, and the parking lot was clean. Overall, the menu has good options but some items could be improved.
