Service here was quick. Chicken, bacon, Swiss sandwich was tasty, but Arby’s chicken has gotten smaller each time I order one. Restaurant area was in good condition, but it appeared to be one of the older decors. May be time for refresh. View all feedback.

The restaurant was clean The parking lot was empty but I was there at 9:00 p.m. they had at least five employees on staff when I went through they were friendly but I ordered my food got to the window paid they asked me to pull forward and I sat and waited for 15 minutes then I went inside and they said oh Sorry the oil had gotten cold so they had to warm it back up to drop down my food to cook it. Had a horrible experience back on Feb 25th. Was contacted by the GM. Was told I could have a free meal and I explained I live over 3 hours from there and was just passing through town. The GM asked for my address to mail me a gift card. I never received it or a response to further emails. It's now April 4th. Shows they really don't care about customer service. Not eating at Arby's moving forward.
Paid $41 in the drive thru for our meal, they didnt put the au ju in for the French dip, and we had to get our own straws, very rude staff.
We arrived 10 minutes before closing because we were traveling and were stuck in traffic. The service was quick and friendly, and the food was hot and fresh. My only complaint was that the dining room was already closed, so we didn't get to use the bathroom or wash our hands before eating.Vegetarian options: There are several vegetarian sides but not many vegetarian entrees.
The restaurant is clean. The food is fast. The staff are friendly and provided great service. My phone was dead and I was waiting on a call from the mechanic working on my vehicle they got me set up on a charger and made sure I didn’t miss the call. Thank you. Also the French dip was on point.
Melissa, the manager, stayed an extra 20 past closing, to fix my order, and I have not met many who go out of their way to please customers like that. The food was good and hot, and we are extremely grateful! Thank you Melissa!!!
