Recently renovated with very stylish and cozy interiors, I was very impressed with the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. We ended up eating each meal at the hotel because the atmosphere, staff, and food quality were so nice/high. From a frequent business traveler, I highly recommend this hotel for your next vacation in Andermatt. They are doing a great job. We will be back.

I'm only reviewing the restaurant here because we didn't stay at the hotel; Locally nicely developed, great ambience Food delicious Service very bad unfortunate... read more I'm only reviewing the restaurant here because we didn't stay at the hotel; Locally nicely developed, great ambience Food delicious Service very bad unfortunately rather unfriendly maybe just in a bad mood that day... but that the chairs at the neighboring tables were already put up at around 10 p.m., when we had only just finished eating and there was still some wine in the bottle not a bad one) I haven't experienced that in a long time and it almost borders on being cheeky.
