Always a guarantee. The pizzas were good as always, and the service was excellent! There were four of us, and at the end of the meal there was a small hiccup, which they remedied with kindness and professionalism! These restaurant staff know what hospitality means despite the large number of guests. Well done, well done, well done.
Delicious gourmet pizzas, excellent selection of ingredients, and even the option of extra sauce to mop up the crust. Light but flavorful dough. Nice phone ordering option. Fast service. Overall, a great experience at a reasonable price.
The pizza is amazing! The San Marzano stew to dip the crust in was delicious (maybe I would have liked a little more, considering you pay separately—not much more, but a full bowl). The fries were delicious. The atmosphere wasn't the best, because we were on the veranda, while I noticed that the inside of the restaurant had all the tables set, but was completely empty!! I don't understand why. The inside of the restaurant is truly beautiful! The pizzas arrived a little late, due to a mix-up for which they promptly apologized: I really appreciated it. The quality/price ratio is excellent! Overall, we were very satisfied; it's a shame we live so far away. But for pizza in Ancona, we'll know where to go again!
The pizza is undoubtedly excellent, and the quality of the offerings is clearly evident. It's a carefully crafted, high-quality product. However, the prices are quite high compared to the overall experience offered. The feeling, at least as a customer, is that the positioning is now heavily oriented toward a premium segment, which isn't always fully reflected in the in-house experience. Even the entirely online, fully autonomous booking system, while efficient, tends to diminish the warmth of the customer relationship. On several occasions, I've experienced rather rushed and unresponsive service. The decision to close on Sundays—a day typically dedicated to going out—also seems a bit unusual for a place of this renown. Overall, the quality of the pizza remains high, but a better balance between prices, hospitality, and atmosphere would make the experience decidedly more complete.
