We are a local Kombucha Brewery offering a variety of probiotic-rich kombucha flavors, including our new brand, Black Label Booch - Alaska's first locally made hard kombucha. Visit our taproom to sample our selection of kombucha, hard kombucha, house-made beer, and hard seltzer. Flights are available if you can't decide on just one, and you can also bring your growlers to take your favorites home. Find our kombucha in cans at restaurants and grocery stores in Anchorage and the surrounding area. Must be 21 to enjoy our brewery, please drink responsibly.

The restaurant offers incredible aromas and a wide selection of beverages, including hard kombucha and hard seltzer. Jennifer was fantastic in helping us choose from the diverse options available. Plus, there's a lovely bike rack located out front!
This is our favorite spot for yoga! The aromas have evolved over time and are always delightful. We also love the food, especially the Ahi Tuna poke! They feature live music throughout the day. I do have one small complaint: the lights are too bright for such a cozy space. The atmosphere would be much nicer with softer lighting. On a positive note, they also offer military discounts!
Absolutely amazing kombucha flavors, along with a wonderful atmosphere and surroundings. The glacier bowl and the Poke Food Cart are also fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the facility in Anchorage is excellent!
Zip kombucha has a great job that houses me and my wife while waiting for our departure from Anchorage Airport. I found out about Zip Kombucha from the Alaska State Fair where I saw they won a first blue band, and I knew I had to come by when I had time. It was worth a visit, the hostess/bartender was so sweet and gave us great recommendations for our kombucha flight. I definitely recommend Prickly Pear and Hops!
