We love the Palak Paneer and get it regularly. I?m always torn when I visit Yak Yeti because the Nepalese dishes are wonderful but the dessert dishes are amazing. Especially the Moreo. This could definitely be a desert destination point in itself. View all feedback.
What Karlie Simpson doesn't like about Yak & Yeti Himalayan Restaurant:
This is not the place if you are looking for authentic north Indian flavor. The food was pretty bland, kinda americanized. We had ordered tandoori mushrooms, tandoori lamb and chingmo for appetizer. All the very bland. For the main course we got two entrees chole and one more. Those were not good as well. We ended with their tea which was overly sweet. View all feedback.
I came to dinner and there were no one in the restaurant, but all the others lack by not coming here! I'm obsessed with Momos, and the Yak and Yeti are definitely not disappointed! I have the duck of Momos, garlic naan and a few lamb appetizers to share with my father (sorry I started dementia early and can remember the name! and it was the perfect portion size because we both ended everything and were the perfect level of fullness. I already had Momos, but this restaurant has a signature sauce that makes them serve to die! I might drink the sauce myself! The naan was addicted and not too much of a strong garlic taste. Everything was warm and tasty, served with Tamarinds and (Cubber? chutney. I'm not sure, but one of the Chutneys was green and it was absolutely delicious. I even used the cabbage garbage as a vessel to eat the sauce. I would definitely recommend coming here. I almost forgot! I also have Samosas and they were huge!!! But very good and filling:
Wow, we loved the meal and appetizers. Combine meal had enough for 2 people and was very tasty. Also for a vegetarian samosa.

Food was great, service was great. In any case, it would go back.
