Very busy. But the service was great and the lobby was clean. They were honest about the wait time and even gave a small discount for the wait. The lobby has a ton of seating but it is very close to each other. Not a big deal since most were using the drive thru. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
This is by far the worst Wendys ever. Waited for almost an hour in drive thru to get home and have a raw cheeseburger that is inedible. The management must be terrible because nothing ever improves. View all feedback.
This is the best Wendy's I've been to in Anchorage and Wasilla. The staff greeting me at the window have always been very polite and professional. I wish I could recall the young man's name that was working the window the 2 times I've been there but he is happy and always professional. And honestly that means a lot because most of the time it's not that way when I pull up to fast food windows lately. A lot of these workers are underpaid and not very happy to be there so when I'm greeted with a smile- I'm happy to be there too. So far all of our orders have been correct and delicious. Fresh hot fries, chicken nuggets and kids cheeseburgers. Thank you! Please keep up with whatever you're doing at this location and we'll keep coming for the good food and smiles!
I love Wendy 's but this one Never makes the order right. Lobby is closed randomly. No consistent system for fixing food if you aren 't coming in the same hour to replace it. Different managers put their list in different places. Food is good when made right but doesn 't make up for the 30 minute wait time or lack of customer service.
Having the cashier roll their eyes because I asked for straws with my meal doesn't sit well with me, especially after spending 60 dollars to feed my wife and children. I believe her name is Marian, an over weight African woman with a bad attitude. If you don't like serving customers, get out of the customer service business. Next time I'll just go to McDonald's if this is how Wendy's treats their customers. I will never eat their again.
Gave me the wrong food for a delivery order in July. I had an adverse reaction to it. A manager named Natasha has contacted me twice about getting the charge removed from my credit card saying nobody knows how to do it. I pointed out that they were able to do that a few times prior. She said that the regional manager will swing by my apartment and reimburse me with a cash payment on Friday August 4th. They never showed up and it is now a week since Natasha told me that she would call before they would arrive.
The young lady who was working was rude as fxck and didn't give me all my order nor did she give me my receipt . and she ignored us while we were trying to ask her questions
