Wee B's - Anchorage

I decided to be patient reading the reviews because I wanted to taste the burger. And I think for most people the wait time is unacceptable. I know it took at least 20 minutes to get my order. There were two people working in the kitchen. I was the only one in the restaurant at the time. The actual burger itself was pretty good. I got the jalapeno super burger which cost and total about $12. I wouldn 't recommend getting fries with it because that 's a whole lot of a hamburger to eat. But here 's the problem. They gave me the wrong order and seemed confused. When I told them it was the wrong order. They wanted me to tell them what to do? So I said I don 't know... put some jalapenos on it. That 's what I ordered. So kind of let down but glad I 'm tried it. They should have you pay when you get your food and see how much money they make. Only 5 out of 100 would wait.

Updated Review: today I ordered my autistic son who only eats chicken nuggets or pizza, a chicken nugget kids meal. Have never had this issue before. But they gave him a corndog instead of what I ordered. He refused to eat it!! Wasted money and led to a huge meltdown. Guess if you eat here you should check your bags before you leave. Also staff did not read my order back, simply gave me my total. Even gave them a cash tip! Buyer beware. Food does taste good on plus side. Hopefully management sees this and better trains. Also they did not offer me a reciept. Dont appreciate that either as I do the receipt app FETCH for points. Original review: thought this place had old school charm. The food was made fresh and was worth the wait. Fries were homemade and delicious. Prices were favorable as well. Will definitely make this a return visit.

Wait time can be quite some time, but is well worth the wait. Solid burgers and hotdogs with their unique elk and buffalo meats. The milkshakes are also delicious, and would want to try out their malts next time. I’d like to come back here when I’m feeling the burger crave.

Always great service here. We have ate here many times and they always get everything right. They are fast, polite and accurate. Its kid friendly too cuz they kids approved of the milkshakes.

Have to deduct a star because on a few occasions the fries were pretty bad. But I love this place and have to go when I get a craving for a buffalo burger. I still haven't tried the elk burger ... Oh man, now I have an excuse to go again! Yes!! Haha! OMG my son just reminded me about the shakes. I can't go to Wee B's without getting a peanut butter shake!
