Villa Pizza - Anchorage

This is the worst food court pizza place I've ever been to. They shut down 1-2 hours before closing (the manager specifically saying they always do this), only had a few old, hard looking pieces left over (and most were meat options and I don't eat meat), the employees clearly didn't care about their jobs as they made no apologies for shutting the kitchen down over an hour before closing, nor did they offer any discounts on the old slices sitting out. Needless to say, I walked away and ate elsewhere. Won't go back.

I would think twice before I gave these folks any money. These guys blatantly lied to me over the phone about the pizza sizes they offered. I asked for their largest size. Lady said it was 18 inches. When I went to pick it up it was obviously much smaller. I showed them and complained and they played dumb and said it was their only size. When I got home I measured it. When I called back, owner John Lin was just a total jerk. At first he said their only size was 18 inches. Then later in the conversation he said their largest size was 16 inches. I paid a whopping $17.99 for a 15 inch cheese pizza. And they guy wasn't nice and he would not even credit me a few dollars. I didn't look at what they're selling by the slice, but my guess is they're inflating the size of their slices too.

Not a good experience....bought food which was ok and asked for a cup of water. They only had bottled which I didn't want to carry. Then there was a minimum for credit card orders. Won't be back....too many other choices in the food court.

Expected better quality ingredients and warmer food. The chicken ranch Stromboli’s were filled with broccoli stems and not the heads. Additionally, the breadsticks were served cold.

OMG I love this place! Their Pizza is the bomb diggity! Their Stromboli is also the bomb diggity! I have not tried their pasta yet or their salad but I plan to next time! Y'all are awesome!
