Texas Roadhouse - Anchorage

We went in with High Hopes. We had never been to Texas roadhouse but it heard it. It was good. We came for dinner and my husband ordered the ribs with a potato and salad and I ordered the barbecue chicken with a potato and salad. We had hot rolls on the table. Our salad came quickly, and then I was served a chicken salad instead of what I’d ordered. I had a hard time flagging anyone down and our waitress was all that gone throughout the entire dinner. I finally was able to flag a person down that was passing by and told them what it happened. She said don’t worry about it. I’ll tell my manager and then we waited and my husband for to eat his dinner, and probably 20 minutes gone by and then I finally flagged out another person and explained the situation and this whole time her waitress never came out to see us. When I finally receive my barbecue chicken with a second potato, and I already eaten the first potato that came out and at that point, it wasn’t even hungry. The whole time we were there our waitress never once checked on us. we went ahead and boxed up the meal. We will not be eating there again.

We ordered 13 steaks for a take-out. None were labeled. When I tried to complain, Very, very poor reception by the person claiming to be the owner of the location. She’s appears to me to be intoxicated by her current success.

Honestly disgusted at the service received tonight at this restaurant. We were sat at around 7:45pm ordered and our food didn’t come out until 8:45. Our waitress Rose notified us that it was because the catfish plate takes a while to order. We asked for the manager upon receiving the food at 8:50pm and he mentioned he would take the catfish off the receipt and discount the other meals. However he didn’t do as what he mentioned to the 4 individuals at the table. And when asked about it, he became rude and passive aggressive. I’ve worked as a hostess in a restaurant so I understand how the establishment can get very busy at times. But the manager was very rude about having to accommodate for our meal. My first time visiting Anchorage and this establishment and Unfortunately will not return.

While they offer non-red meat entrees, this restaurant is all about the beef. The steaks are cooked to order and are falvorful.

Food was OK. Glad I was almost done eating when the guy behold me was celebrating his birthday. Fine, then staff started singing HBD. Fine, except they were NOT singing but screaming at the top of their lungs. Not exaggerating! Left half full with a splitting headache. Whatever MORON thinks that is OK shouldn't be working there. Me and mine won't go back.
