What User doesn't like about Taco King:
The food is great for the price. I always enjoyed the food, but today I found a piece of long hair in my food. I pulled it out of my mouth and it was embedded in the steak, in a way I would not think is possible. I got sick and checked the rest of my food and found another hair in my Carne Asada Combo. Königsfries are my new clamp from here. You have the best Carne Asada I found in Anchorage. The only Carne Asada here that reminds me of Arizona.
It was good. I had the chicken burrito and a horchata. A good place to stuff your face.
We've ordered from here several times in the last few months, and the food is always good, except tonight. I ordered a queen tostada, which was soggy. Our food took an hour and a half to get here- even though we're only 10 minutes from the store- and by the time it got here, my fried ice cream was melted, and the food was cold. Then, the driver's credit card machine wouldn't work, so I had to leave and get money for the him. I understand everyone is short staffed, but this was beyond ridiculous. It's going to be awhile before we order from here again, if we ever do. I'm very disappointed.
Special and excellent delicious food. We're not going anywhere else. Very friendly staff in Alaska style.
