Taco Bell - Anchorage

The atmosphere is absolutely filthy. Maybe they’re busy, but if you’re taking only the customer satisfaction into consideration, nasty and sticky uncleaned tables everywhere with nowhere to sit. The soda fountain and tables have trash everywhere and drenched with soda and water. I might also be concered if their kitchen is clean. At least they packed my tacos! Asked for a bag so I can eat in my car instead lol

Update: Against our better judgement, we caved and gave this location another go. Another waste of money. Tried telling the drive through staff about our plight at the time we ordered, but no luck. Included pictures of the food and receipt this time. OWNERS DO SOMETHING! Old Review: Don’t even bother with this location. If I could give 0 stars, I would. You will often pull into the drive through during their “open” times and be ignored while there is obviously staff inside. Other times you will pull up just to be told that “due to staffing issues” they are only taking doordash, grubhub, and mobile orders. THEN if you do manage to get served, you can count on any modifications you request to be completely ignored. I have probably lost a total of $30+ for all the times my extra sour cream was ignored. To add insult to injury, there usually isn't even the standard amount of sour cream on there. Just drive a few extra miles over to the old seward location.

Don’t do it!!! I’m ashamed to leave a Taco Bell review but, every once in a while, you get the craving, and you just want to have some good old fashion Taco Bell nonsense. Don’t come to this location! The beef crunch wrap supreme had no beef and no crunch! Lots and lots of salad though Lol! I’m shocked that my already extremely low standards could be beaten.

I 've eaten at this tacobell multiple times, every single time it is been very lackluster with rude staff, that ALWAYS mess up at least one item on my order, resulting in me going inside to fix it and the rest of my food getting soggy and cold as a result. However last night absolutely takes the cake. I came through the drive through line and ordered several items including a but not limited to a burrito and nacho fries. At the food window they gave me my items but instead of nacho fries it was chips and cheese. When I brought this to the attention of the worker that just handed it to me, they told me that they no longer have fries, which isnt a big deal in itself, but they then lied to my face, and insisted they had told me this previously and that I had asked for chips and cheese instead, which again, DID NOT HAPPEN. When I told them I did not in fact say that nor do I want chips and cheese, they told me to go inside and complain to a manager, then and SLAMMED the glass window on me. Upon driving forward to park and talk to someone inside about the mix up I noticed my burrito, was accidentally a Doritos taco. When I went inside the manager was nicer then the employee and gave me my burrito as well as a refund for the chips I did not order. At that point I was ready to call it a loss, at least the manager was nice. Unfortunately AFTER getting home the person in my group who wanted a quesadilla with no spicy sauce noticed they messed that up too and put sauce on it. Cut to this morning, all four of us who ate here last night have VIOLET food poisoning. Taco bell is the only thing we all ate in common yesterday, it is the ONLY thing that could have done this to us. AVOID THIS TACO BELL LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!

Don't risk going thru the Drive-thru. They'll rob you. Ordered #6 beef chulupas. I can't believe this combo is now $13!!! But look. They put absolutely nothing in them! Complete rip off.
