What kat mus doesn't like about Subway:
Poor customer service. I suggest that the employees communicate more with the customers. If I had known that I was going to have to wait for 30 minutes AFTER paying, I could have gone elsewhere and I wouldn't feel the need to give them 1 star. I recently visited this Subway location and was welcomed by two of the friendliest employees! They were attentive, made my sandwiches perfectly, and had a cheerful demeanor, even joking with me. It was an outstanding experience overall. I highly recommend it! The gentleman's name was Chad, and I'm not sure about his coworker's name, but she was just as delightful.
Chad was working incredibly hard and was very friendly. Kudos to him for managing the rush hour all by himself!
I absolutely love this place! It's very clean, and the staff truly are sandwich artists. They deserve all the tips in the world. Thank you, everyone! Our weekly monster sandwich with olives and mayo always brings us comfort. Lol!

My sandwich was sloppy. Had so much honey mustard it dripped off my sandwich it was a huge mess
