I walked in there, picked out my bread and cheese and meat, just for them to tell me they don’t have any type of lettuce and basically all dressings are gone? Ima need someone in there to fix this place. I walked out! Horrible service View all feedback.
Always clean and the staff here are some of the nicest I've been around.
I used to love this location. It 's convenient to my work and the service has always been exemplary. Today I ordered a steak protein bowl on the app as I usually do...I was called and told they were out of steak would I like a different meat. I said 'No thank you. Can you just give me a refund? I was told it would be easier if I just picked another meat. I explained I am on a special diet and the steak is the only meat I can have. The caller said she would talk to her manager and I thanked her. A few moments later she informed me the transaction would be voided but next time I would have to just choose another meat to which I replied, There won 't be a next time, thank you and hung up. I am really disappointed, I really liked them up until that point.
I don’t recommend this Subway location. My husband and I each ordered a footlong for pickup. We received our order with no issues. We arrived home and began to eat our dinner. I ordered a cold cut combo footlong and as I took my first bite, I bit into the paper they use to wrap the meat in. I then opened my sandwich up to inspect it, and I pulled out a large piece of sandwich paper. I was very hungry, so I decided to continue eating the sandwich until I got to the second half. When I bit into the other half, I instantly spit it back out. Both the meat and cheese tasted spoiled. I’m hoping my husband and I don’t get sick from our food. I highly recommend going to one of the several other locations nearby and skip out on this one.
I went to this store on 05/30/2018. They have sick employees working. I went to get a sandwich around 9:00 on that same day and the guy was coughing on my food then pretended like he turned his head away. Everyone saw how disgusting that was. all the customers there were disgusted by the quality and performance of the service and products offered. There were only two guys working. One of them was trying his best getting the sandwiches started. But then the sandwiches were getting cold because the one with the glasses was too sick and couldn't hold the coughing urge. I will recommend the store manager from this subway to pay close attention to his/her employees. Their nails were super dirty they kept wearing gloves, but still . Their uniforms were dirty and the sick one kept picking on his nose. ON top of all this, their customer service, how hard is it to greet the customers when they walk in?? How hard is it to while getting their order ready or at least while taking the payment? SUPER DISGUSTING and SUPER DISAPPOINTING.. Hope no one else gets sick like i did. would not recommend anyone to come to this location.. Just thought this needed to be shared.
I love subway, I go atleast twice a week for they’re cold cut combo. I usually go to the one in eagle river as that’s where I live but I came out to anchorage for a target run and wanted to grab a sandwich, I don’t know if this is how it’s usually run but Raven should not be allowed to make sandwich’s, or atleast trained in some way to make sandwich’s, i asked for salt, pepper, and oregano, not for 20 shakes of each, I couldn’t even eat it it was so strong, idk who taught her but I won’t be going here again. I should of just waited till I got back home
